Annex Brick Restoration and Renovation

This heritage Annex brick house on a corner lot needed restoration work and the owners wanted to add more space with an addition that matched contemporary style to the original brickwork. Johnson Playfair restored the facade of the house and added a rear addition in new brick to match seamlessly with the original, including a classic brick dentil detail that gives a fresh look to an upstairs deck.
